We all find ourselves dealing with difficulty at one time or another. The good news is that you don't have to face it alone! I am here to get in the trenches of life alongside you and help you overcome. I allow my clients to lead and guide their treatment plan, setting the goals that YOU want to achieve. With me you will find a non-judgmental space to share your story and find acceptance, just as you are. It is in this safe space that I believe you will find the resilience and tools to overcome. I honor the courage it takes for you to seek help and consider it a privilege to join you on your journey!
I enjoy play therapy with our little ones as young as 3 years, but also work with adolescents, adults and couples dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, Bi-Polar, ADHD, PTSD, eating disorders, self-esteem, LGBTQ and body image challenges.
Now is the time for you to live your best life. Reach out and let's get your started on your healing journey. I believe your best days are right out in front of you!
