My personal experience as wife, mother, and professional have led me to the belief that change is always possible. My work experience includes 10 years as Educational Psychologist (school setting), 10 years as Personnel Consultant (business setting), and 15+ yrs of Clinical experience both in a Mental Health Clinic and in Private Practice. My clinical work has been with parents guiding their children, couples struggling with communication and problem solving, and women who want to find their strength, power or how to soothe their soul.
My work as a therapist is designed to help people to see the possibilities of accessing a different path in problem solving, shedding some old illusions and finding the path that will lead them to their goals.
I believe that everyone has a core of strength and good health. I have vast experience teaching thought changing techniques (thoughts ->feelings ->actions/behavior ->consequences). I enjoy working with people who want to make life easier and are willing to do the work to get there.
