I enjoy working with clients who have reached a place in their lives where they're looking for a better quality of life and need to address those issues that may be interfering with that goal. My goal is to walk along side you on this journey. We will work together through the ups and downs until we reach that place you've wanted to be.
Although I've worked with a variety of client issues, my practice has focused most often on helping clients recover and move forward from histories of trauma and abuse. These issues would include childhood abuse and neglect, domestic abuse, and working with partners whose spouses have sexual addictions.
I have been very fortunate to have worked with two great trauma-based programs: Colin Ross's Trauma/Dissociation and at SAFE Alternatives. I have currently completed the training for the SRT credential and am certified as a specialist in Dr. Ross's Trauma Model Therapy.
