Are you wanting to heal on a deeper level? Do you struggle with PTSD, stress, anxiety, life transitions, trauma and feel you just can't break certain patterns and/or have a hard time coping when life gets really stressful? I work to empower you to navigate life that breaks patterns and allows you to discover your wholeness. I use a trauma informed approach when working with individuals and groups in this area. I run trauma sensitive yoga groups and I specialize in somatic (body based) therapy, yoga therapy, mindfulness based stress reduction, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and holistic coaching, mind-body tools to heal.
I specialize in evidence based somatic approaches in therapy to use the body as a tool to understand more deeply and be able to develop a sense of trust. I believe that a body centered approach is one in which can be the most powerful and transformative experiences in a therapeutic setting. Together we will create an accessible and holistic plan for you.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga & Mindfulness Group Therapy
Explore a slow, gentle, and balanced yoga flow through forms designed to reconnect the body and mind. Experience choice and empowerment as you are offered a variety of options and modifications, creating a safe space to be fully present. Designed from the trauma sensitive yoga model, sequences are similar each week so you can focus on mindfulness of your breath, slowing of the mind, and re-connecting with your body.
