My principal focus is counseling individuals, couples and families who are struggling with a variety of life's challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, separation and divorce, along with many other challenges that occur on our journey through life. Goals for therapy will be developed collaboratively, as, the overall objective of therapy is the successful resolution of issues deemed most important through this collaborative process.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, operating from a wellness model while integrating a systemic perspective into my work. This means that, together, we will explore the impact of family, work, community and social environments and how these systems may serve as obstacles or support for change, growth and healing.
