I frequently use the approach of EMDR within the couple and in individual work with children and adults to defuse negative self-beliefs and difficult memories that inhibit personal growth.
Therapy is balanced, purposeful, even fun, when done with a light touch. Respectful, non-judging, and safe.
Evening and weekend appointments are available to ease scheduling for couples and families.
For family discipline concerns I offer children and the adults both structure and understanding so that they learn to make workable choices and take on positions of willing responsibility.
