Most people encounter rough times in their lives. I like to help people to get through these times. I like to help people to explore more options. When upset, many people get stuck in their ideas and wishes. I like to help people figure out ways to overcome challenges that interfere with their enjoyment of life and all it has to offer. I am an experienced therapist and have worked with a variety of people in varied clinical settings. I particularly enjoy working as an independent practitioner with all the unique concerns my clients bring.
I have worked with many folks who struggle with depression and anxiety or have family members with these issues. I like to help people with health issues to find greater satisfaction in their lives or to help people who love and care for people with serious illnesses.
