I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years’ experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
I have extensive experience in private practice, consultation, and other settings including the Veterans Health Administration. I am licensed in Georgia and I am now offering online therapy services. I employ a variety of individualized approaches with an emphasis on building healthy self-care and coping skills for increased mental and emotional wellness.
My approach to therapy is supportive, empathetic, and humanistic. I utilize a variety of techniques and interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I am certified in Motivational Interviewing.
