My passion is to listen to people and make them feel heard and validated. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults on the journey toward healing. I strive to ensure a comfortable space for individuals to work toward goals and collaborate on what change they would like to see.
I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I specialize in working with dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, experiential therapy, trauma informed care with a focus in EMDR.
