Most of my new clients have suffered for years with Anxiety Disorders like OCD, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, General Worry, Stress, or PTSD. Just talking about these problems doesn't work--my clients have seen that before. So I provide research-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailoring the treatment to the problem. For OCD, I provide Exposure with Response Prevention. For Panic, PTSD & Social Anxiety, I provide a thorough education & carefully planned exposure.
Although most of my time is focused on treatment of Anxiety problems, I also help people suffering from Depression & Insomnia find relief through changing thoughts & behaviors.
