I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience specializing in the treatment of Panic Attacks, OCD, Generalized Anxiety, and ADHD. I am experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy. CBT helps identify and correct unhelpful thoughts and/or behaviors that cause emotional distress and interfere with living a satisfying and productive life. Family Systems Therapy helps to reduce family conflict, improve communication, and improve child behavioral issues.
