I provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents, and relationship therapy for adult couples, polycules, and friends/chosen family. I work with clients to navigate issues related to relationships including polyamory/consensual non-monogamy, anxiety, trauma and personal development. I work with clients who claim a variety of social identities. I hold space for LGBTQIA+ clients who struggle disproportionately due to cultural and societal challenges in their personal and professional lives, and I am deeply committed to working with this population to provide opportunities for greater healing and growth.
My clinical practice is integrative and draws from various theoretical orientations. I use attachment theory as a base for understanding how we make sense of our own experiences and how we relate to others. I offer EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to address trauma, anxiety and negative thought patterns.
Reflecting on factors that shape my work in the field of psychotherapy, my own internal focus on self-discovery and healing has been highly influential in who I am as a person and as a therapist.
