I enjoy working with clients to build on their strengths and gifts to improve their quality of life. My goal as a Tele-Health therapist is to provide a safe and welcoming, non-judgmental, environment to collaboratively identify struggles, traumas, issues, and problems that have been difficult to overcome, then support and help guide you in developing skills that lead to a more fulfilling life. While serving In the U.S. Army, I noticed how a devoted therapist can have an immense impact on a person's recovery. After completing my enlistment, I decided to pursue a career in Mental Health.
I am comfortable navigating various issues including anxiety, depression, substance addiction, couples therapy, PTSD, anger, and more. I use an Integrative holistic approach to counseling utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches focused on the individual client including solution-focused, person-in-environment, Cognitive behavioral therapy & others.
My background consists of experience with co-morbidity, mental health, and substance abuse. I believe the diverse work experience I have gained has increased my empathy and devotion throws my clients because therapy can be an extremely vulnerable and empowering experience.
