My passion lies in working with adolescents and adults, utilizing attachment-based, strengths-based, and trauma-focused frameworks to support clients in navigating intimate relationships,family issues, and social dilemmas within school or work environments.
My therapy approach is integrative, flexible, neutral, and client-centered. I draw from and combine techniques from different modalities based on the client’s goals, assisting to alleviate emotional distress, address short-term concerns, and begin a longer journey of self-exploration and reflection.
