Welcome to my practice. In my 19+ years of doing clinical work, I have developed a sensitive awareness for clients' unique needs in therapy . I offer a safe, collaborative space to help clients grow, heal, and work through emotional problems. I get to know my clients well and use a range of therapeutic tools to help them understand and work through emotions, thoughts, and patterns that cause them to feel stuck. I really enjoy working with clients from all different backgrounds in short and long term therapy.
My expertise lies in working with Young Adults and Adults across their lifespan struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, trauma (earlier in childhood or current), family conflict, mild to moderate eating issues, immigration and identity issues, low self esteem, shame, and attachment wounds.
I have many years of training and expertise in working with parents on their mental health and parenting struggles. I also have extensive experience treating BIPOC/biracial clients, immigrants, international students, and second generation clients.
