Hello! So glad you decided to stop by! Let me tell you some about myself. I am passionate about working with children and teens of all ages. In therapy we can talk, play games, draw/color, and find fun and creative ways to navigate your mental health! My top priority is to create a fun, safe, and healing environment for you to voice your concerns. I have experience working with individuals ages 5-20 in consideration to a host of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem/ self-image issues, and life transitions.
I hold a certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as Adverse Childhood Experiences; often utilizing CBT and SFBT in my work. Together, I am confident we can develop a treatment plan to support your wellbeing, health, and happiness.
