I have training in Internal Family Systems therapy, a psychotherapy approach that supports individuals to experience mindfulness and self-compassion, resolve internal conflict, create new relationships to past traumas, and develop increased flexibility and freedom in their patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behavior.
