As a queer parent to a gender diverse child, I bring my extensive personal and professional experience to focus on the needs of transgender, non-binary, and other gender expansive kids, teens, young adults, adults, and their families. I know how overwhelming and isolating life can be when you’re figuring out who you are and creating the life you want. Using creative approaches like Minecraft-based play therapy, role-playing game therapy, my goal is to help you develop the resilience you need to thrive in this sometimes challenging world. I go above and beyond to make sure you parents are getting the support you need too.
I want to make sure that your (or your child’s) experience in therapy is fun, even when things like anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and the challenges of living with ADHD have brought you here. Why? Because fun is necessary for healing and growth. I bring a lot of laughter to this process and prioritize playful therapeutic experiences for folks of all ages.
I also run virtual therapy groups for gender diverse kids and adolescents, as well as a group for parents. With additional expertise in issues of trauma, dissociation, and neurodivergence, I offer complimentary 30-minute consultations to folks looking for counseling for themselves or their kids.
