I treat clients who have depression, anxiety, relationship, and life transition issues. Together, we will problem solve areas that you've been having difficulties with and come up with a plan, so that you're able to work through what it is that's bringing you into therapy. The modality I use most often for treatment is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
