Everyone needs something different, which is why my approach is adaptable and can evolve to fit your needs as we go deeper into the therapeutic process. That being said, I bring expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parts work, and a strengths-based approach.

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma (often times all three). During our initial sessions we will begin history taking, discuss desired outcomes for treatment, and identify how mental health symptoms are manifesting in your life currently. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month or two and reach stabilization thereafter.
