I have been a licensed therapist (LCSW) for 25 years in an outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital setting. I use a cognitive/behavioral approach to therapy backed by research and common sense. Other treatment modalities I specialize in are DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing and Prolonged Exposure therapies.
I work closely with my clients to insure a safe and comfortable setting in which kindness, compassion, empathy, encouragement and appropriate humor is implemented in the healing process. I look forward to connecting with you.
