I believe that healthy men can make a difference in their relationships, families, & communities. I use christian/biblical values to help develop healthy men. I hope to promote self-esteem & self-worth in my clients. I work with diverse clients, including ethnic minorities, immigrants, & clients from lower economic backgrounds.
In order to develop your whole person and help reach your goals, I utilize various therapy modalities in a collaborative style. I use a combination of modalities such as CBT, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy & more. We will work together to create healthier thinking habits and skills.
