Sometimes we experience difficult emotions such as fear, anger, loneliness, shame, guilt, and other difficult emotions. Therapy can help, I would be honored to take this step with you! I specialize in working with both adults and adolescents struggling with Substance Use, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma.
We will work together to develop new tools that can help you identify and communicate your feelings, boundaries, and triggers. We will practice some skills and techniques that will help you regulate your own emotions, gain confidence, and have more control over your thoughts and feelings.
I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). I help clients to heal from physical, emotional, or sexual abuse. Together we identify negative beliefs and triggers, use the EMDR techniques to help you gain a sense of control, improve mood, better sleep, and ultimately feel confident about who you are.
