As a clinician it is my goal is not to focus on treatment, but to join the client through the process of healing. The way I do this is by getting in depth understanding of hearing the narrative of my client's lived experiences and starting at the place of their choosing. It is important to me build a strong connection to the clients I serve. Therefore, they can achieve be in a space where they can be open and allow the process of healing to occur.
When treating clients, it imperative that clients understand how thoughts, lead to action, thus contributes to behavior. My primary specialty is acceptance and commitment (ACT), cognitive, behavioral (CBT), interpersonal, psychotherapy, narrative, & attachment, solution focused, brief family systems, coaching, Christian counseling, and many more.
