My experience working with clients who are healing from attachment wounds, loss, intergenerational trauma, and substance abuse recovery has helped me develop a practice that integrates compassion and authenticity to help meet my clients’ needs. As a human being first, I also empathize with overcoming adversity and the mental and emotional toll that can come from adjusting from one phase of life to the next.
My goal in our collaborative work together is to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment in which you will feel heard, accepted, and supported.
