"Life is about balance". As a therapist with 30 years experience I can help you achieve balance in your life, provide guidance with difficult life situations, and assist with managing symptoms. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for anxiety and depression, couples counseling, and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth and life balance they're striving for. ***I WORK REMOTELY VIA ZOOM, FACETIME, OR TELE-SESSION***
My approach to therapy includes treating the whole person. I am well versed in cognitive behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (for trauma), thought field therapy, acupressure for emotional release, mindfulness, and humanistic therapy. I also work with management of chronic pain.
In addition to traditional therapy, I am also a Reiki Master. Due to COVID I am not currently offering Reiki sessions.
