With a dedicated career in the Mental Health field since 1992, I have an extensive background in child and family therapy, individual and couple's therapy. Over the years, my expertise has evolved into a specialization in trauma work. As a certified EMDR therapist, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of EMDR therapy. This profound impact has fueled a deep commitment to continuous learning and growth within the realms of EMDR and Internal Family Systems. These therapies have proven effective for those experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as other life adjustments.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Internal Family Systems, meditation and Mindfulness practices. I am certified by EMDRiA in EMDR therapy and an EMDRIA approved Consultant. I provide consultation towards EMDR Certification as well as for those seeking to become EMDR Consultants.
