I work with adult women who are engaged in self-discovery and personal growth. They often face challenges such as anxiety, depression, or trauma and are seeking understanding and healing. Many have had difficulty finding safety in which to explore their emotions, past experiences, and core beliefs. They want to cultivate self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and increase their resilience. They often hope to break free from destructive patterns, improve relationships, and create a life in which they may find pleasure. Ultimately, they seek to live authentically and experience profound meaning and purpose.
My approach is rooted in values-based practices to help clients align actions with values. I hold space for women to recount their fears, grief, heartbreak, and joy. Safety is paramount, but I also provide gentle nudges to create movement and inspire progress. I honor and deeply respect the individual before me, and her needs guide our work.
