I have 13 years of experience working with various populations in specialized areas including foster care/adoptions, PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, parenting, crisis intervention, addiction, and grief and loss. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed, and Couples therapy.
