Perinatal and post-partum stressors are incredibly difficult for some women, and managing feelings of worry, depression, and anxiety can feel impossible. If you are a mommy to be or a new mommy experiencing the baby blues, perinatal/post-partum depression or anxiety, I would be honored to provide you with emotional support you need. I will be a support in addition to discuss ways you can work towards adjusting to the changes you are experiencing.
