Hello and welcome to my page. My specialty areas are complex trauma, little T traumas, anxiety, depression and co-occurring conditions including substance use disorders. I look forward to being of service to you. I am accepting new clients at WI Wellness.
I specialize in treating trauma from a bottom to top perspective, using EMDR. However, I know not everyone is ready to tackle trauma at the start of psychotherapy, so I use other complementary therapies to help each client heal at their own pace. Sometimes people need to focus on a current concern and that is perfectly fine.
