I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, seen , and understood so that they can be confident in who they are, what they want to do, and ultimately who they want to be. Therapy can be your first step to FEELING better and SEEING better.
My approach with therapy is very client-centered. We will work through solutions together so that you feel heard, as you seek help. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques within our work together. I provide Christ-centered counseling if this is something that you request. I am trained in EMDR.
