Whether you're dealing with mental health struggles or simply seeking personal growth, you deserve a space to feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. My areas of expertise include anxiety, body image distress, eating disorders, substance use disorders, and working with survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence, including emotional abuse.
Neurodiversity affirming and weight inclusive, I practice from an anti-oppressive framework. I draw from psychodynamic, humanistic, and feminist theory as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness.
I provide trauma-informed care within a therapeutic environment of warmth, acceptance, and collaboration. I believe safety and connection along with concrete and practical tools will empower you to get unstuck and moving towards the life you want.
