I'm Rosie Pineda, Lic. LMFT. I am an EMDR-Certified Therapist and a Brainspotting Practitioner. I offer genuine caring that supports individuals and families to grow and reduce conflict. I also practice other therapies, like Somatic Therapy to help connect mind-body and spirit. My therapeutic approach is to work not only with individuals but with the system he or she lives in. I want to help them develop and use their insight to make daily improvements. I want to help people see the beauty in themselves, not through the external world but from their internal being.
I see individuals, couples, families' mothers/fathers with infants and I have created an Anger Management group. Although most of my clients come in with "communication" or "relationship" problems, once they start sharing, without a doubt, most of their problem(s) stem from some "Traumatic" event.
My passion is to make this world a better place than when I came in. I want to help bring Emotional Intelligence to everyone's vocabulary. I strongly believe that if people learn to regulate their emotions, which is one of the first tasks of a newborn, this world would be a better place.
