I love working to support folks building a container for reflection and exploration with the goal of a more regulated and grounded nervous system. This looks different depending on the individual, but mainly fall into three main categories: LGBTQIA teenagers moving through identity exploration, folks moving through significant traumatic events, and therapists/activists facing burnout. I also love working with white folks working with whiteness. I see therapy as a space to process, hold and move through the struggle of engaging with oppressive systems.
I am a queer white bodied femme and politicized healer actively engaging in racial justice and anti-racism. In my work I integrate humanistic, strengths focused, somatic therapy, and EMDR. I view therapy not as a 'cure all', but rather as a place to build a deeper connection and trust of your own wisdom and through this foster our collective liberation.
