My name is Roshini Kumar, and I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) and certified Pilates instructor in the Bay Area, California. I specialize in mind + body wellness through my practice, The Pilates Psychology, a combination of talk therapy and Pilates movement. I offer talk therapy only, Pilates movement only, or a combination of both. All services are virtual throughout California, or in-person in Mill Valley and San Francisco, California.
I work with teenagers and adults, and have strong experience in treating generalized anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, eating disorders, and major depressive disorders.
