I work with individuals, couples, and families and utilize various treatment therapies based on the needs of my clients. I work with couples experiencing marital difficulties, individuals experiencing relationship issues as well as those with health concerns, mid-life transitions, anxiety and weight issues.
A relationship breakup is an extremely difficult and stressful situation especially where children are present. I help parents manage the ups and downs of their childrens’ reactions as well as provide a parenting goal focused on meeting the needs of the child. Additionally I teach clients how to protect themselves from future hurtful toxic relationships.
I have treated clients experiencing emotional abuse from narcissistic relationships and gaslighting. My goal is to help them empower themselves to break free of emotionally coercive relationships and regain their personal power.
