I earned my BA in Psychology from Syracuse University and subsequently gained extensive experience working in various mental health settings, catering to individuals of all ages. Upon relocating to Virginia, I dedicated several years to providing individual and group therapy. Later, I pursued my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Longwood University, completing a residency and obtaining licensure as a LPC. I hold licenses in NY, Utah, and VA. Prior to licensure, I accumulated 10 years of experience in the mental health field, and since then, I have continued to build on this foundation with 3 years of post-licensure.
A key objective of therapy is to empower clients to integrate the knowledge and tools gained into their daily lives, fostering sustainable change. Clients will recognize their agency and control over their therapy journey.
