I am a licensed clinical psychologist with years of experience in the treatment of stress and trauma, and anxiety and depression. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness-based behavior therapy and trauma focused treatment.
I approach therapy as a partnership with my clients using their goals and values as guideposts in the process. I welcome all patients and work with adults within a wide age range and cultural backgrounds. I am a Clinical Associate Professor at Boston University School of Medicine and my practice is guided by empirical research.
