At Rose Wellness, our clinicians have a variety of specialties which include depression & anxiety, relationships, substance use, LGBTQIA+ and gender affirming care, and who are trauma-informed, trained in EMDR, and treat children, adolescents, teenagers, and adults. We currently have 24 amazing therapists, and most are in network with Carefirst, United, Aetna, Cigna, JHU EHP, and Medicaid.

Using an insight-oriented & psychodynamic approach, we help our patients to navigate through their journey into wellness. We know the non-negotiable importance of a therapeutic relationship, and we aim to cultivate a safe space of trust, compassion, and empathy.
Rose Wellness founder Hannah Rose believes that change must begin internally and that shame is at the core of everything that keeps us stagnant.
