Depression, anxiety and substance use are some of my specialty areas. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy and acceptance/commitment theory to help clients create more productive thinking patterns. When we change our thoughts, we change our feelings and behavior. Accepting ourselves while seeking our greatest potential is the goal.
