I have worked with various populations in social services and take a personal approach to therapy. I utilize different aspects of evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, etc.) in my practice. I also add a holistic lense when able. The space we create is yours; I am here to help guide the process and utilize my knowledge to help you better your life.
My goal is to help clients on their individual journey towards, to find confidence in themselves and their capabilities, and freedom from restrictive thoughts.
