Grief Recovery
8-week program that provides a safe and nurturing environment to heal from grief and emotional loss. No one is exempt from loss, but that does not make it any easier. Death, divorce, or any significant loss can cause pain that is difficult to break free from. Most of us were never taught effective tools for dealing with grief. I suggest that there are indeed very effective ways to move through the pain and find lasting peace in ways that honor your process and individuality.
