I specialize in working with people struggling with infertility, high risk pregnancy, pregnancy and infant loss, adjusting to parenthood, or building a life that looks different than you anticipated. I also work with adults who are going through difficult life changes, as well as adults who are feeling anxious or depressed.
I provide a warm and supportive space to work through these challenges honestly, where we can confront how you are feeling and move towards feeling whole. Together we will work to build coping mechanisms, maintain healthy relationships, and finding joy again.
