I am proficient in Spanish and certified in hypnotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Gestalt therapy -the empty chair. These are integrative approaches. Hypnotherapy increases motivation and can be used to alter behavior patterns. EMDR is used for the resolution of trauma. EFT is a holistic technique.
