In our work together, we aim to activate your innate resiliency, repair old relational injuries and release oppressive binds of shame-based conditioning. I specialize in working with People of Color and White Allies around: spiritual concerns, isolation, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I use a dynamic integrated blend of tools including EMDR, Reiki, Theta Healing, NLP, Acturian Healing Light and Somatic practices all within the safety of a reparative therapeutic relationship.
I bring a multi-dimensional and ecological perspective to our work that honors the profound medicines of Wild Nature, ancestral healing, cultural reclamation, combined with my Western psychological training. I often refer my clients to engage in other forms of healing such as shamanism, family constellation work, plant and herbal medicine, TCM, bodywork, etc
