Our lives have gotten increasingly overwhelming and we might want balance as a goal, yet it can be difficult to achieve. Let's work together to head in the best direction for YOU! I seek to create a safe, ethical, and consistent relationship with my clients while gently challenging to acknowledge the ways in which personal experiences and patterns are impacting their world. I aim to help you acknowledge and develop your strengths, while working through emotional blocks from previous or current painful events.
I am part of Thrive Mental Health Center located in Asheville, NC. We are comprised of a diverse group of clinicians specializing in treatment of clients dealing with psychological and behavioral challenges. We offer individual, couple and family therapy.
