I have worked and trained as a therapist at The Meadows, a world renowned inpatient treatment center. This has given me the experience and ability to treat various mental health issues, including trauma, addiction, eating disorders, etc. with the best and latest therapeutic models and interventions.
Interventions I am trained in are Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Brainspotting (BSP), and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). I also use other various approaches based on your needs. I also provide supervision LMHC Associates in WA state.
