As a compassionate therapist, an 9 year veteran of the military and a loving Christian, I do realize the difficulty of reaching out for help and I respect those people who do ask for help. It takes a lot of courage!. My passion to to work with those who are struggling with PTSD and other traumas and helping to make their life improve. I am available on: headway.com and AM WELL.com platforms. All my mental health counseling is now telehealth. Having 37 years helping clients with mental health challenges.
Throughout a career of 36 years having worked mostly with addicts helping them struggle with their painful life paths.I am a veteran of both of the USAF and Army National Guard. Utilizes EMDR to reduce the emotionalism of traumatic life experiences. Also use telehealth therapy for helping with depression and anxiety, or PTSD.
What is unique to my practice is the use of Christian beliefs, attitudes and compassion from Our Savior while assisting clients with their personal challenges. Having grown personally in the spiritual arena in the last few years, I am ready to disciple and help others grow on their spiritual walk as well.
