I work with clients experiencing anxiety, loneliness, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, family conflict and loss. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you deepen your relationships, gain coping skills and accomplish your goals.
My approach is to identify and build on strengths while supporting you to accept whatever emotions are present. I utilize a somatic framework to explore how feelings show up in the body and use the body's wisdom to heal past traumas. In the process you will gain a deeper connection to your intuition and expand your capacity to face challenges and feel joy.
